To apply for admission to membership, return the application form with the appropriate ICAO annual membership fee. The fee is based on the fees to your provincial institute for current fiscal year. The application will not be processed until all of the supporting material has been received. You will note that no admission fee is charged by the ICAO for members of another provincial institute. We also wish to bring to your attention that you should not resign from your present Institute until your membership is confirmed in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Finally, you are reminded that, unless you hold membership with this Institute, you are not permitted to use the designation "chartered accountant" and the initials "CA" or "FCA" in Ontario pursuant to The Chartered Accountants Act, 1956.
