Reporting Completion of the Prescribed Practical Experience Requirement

When your prescribed practical experience has been fully documented, we will send you the Admission to Membership Application Form to complete. Once the Admission to Membership Application Form is completed and returned to the ICAO, your membership will be automatically reviewed upon successful completion of the UFE.
