The ICAO website is optimized using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6.0 and later IE versions.  Their use is strongly recommended  in order to ensure all pages load and act as designed. The use of other web browsers such as Mozilla's Firefox is not recommended and not supported.

To effectively use the many features on the ICAO website, make sure the Internet browser and PC are set up for the following:

• JavaScript enabled
• Cookies enabled
• 128-bit level  encryption
• Viewing PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0
• SVGA Resolution (600 x800)
