Temporary Internet Files / Cache

After logging out from one of the secured areas of the site, it is recommended that visitors clear the 'cache' or 'Temporary Internet Files' on their computer.

For Internet Explorer users:

1. Select 'Tools'  from the menubar.
2. Select 'Internet Options'.
3. Select the 'General Tab'.
4. Select 'Settings' from the 'Temporary Internet Files' section; 'View Files' and delete the cookies from from 'www.icao.on.ca' from the list.
5. Close the browser window.

For Netscape users:

1. Select 'Edit' from the menubar.
2. Select 'Preferences'.
3. Expand the  'Advanced' section.
4. Select 'Cache'.
5. Select 'Clear Disk Cache' button, and then select 'OK'.
6. Select 'Clear Memory Cache' button, and then select 'OK'.
7. Close the browser window.
