$1,850 for ICAO Members

Fee includes daily breakfast and lunch, training materials, and videotape. After the program you will receive a written, personal analysis of your voice and communication style, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Each workshop includes a follow-up, half-day refresher session with dinner. Refreshers are held monthly.

John Plank, M.A., is one of the most highly qualified and respected communications coaches in North America. He has twenty years of experience in the corporate, public service and legal professions. He is a performance coach for CBC Radio and Television.

John coaches accountants, lawyers, senior executives, leaders, and other professionals, in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
