Testimonials (+)

Our alumni include participants from the following organizations:

Here is what some had to say about The Controllership Program - Management Competencies:

  • What I learned from this course I can apply immediately in my current role and it will enhance my skill set as a foundation for moving up the later to CFO.
  • It was intense at times and not the typical laid back course. It constantly had lots of hands on participation.
  • Good topics that are dealt with in everyday working scenarios.
  • As I move up the ladder in my career, the soft skills are very obviously becoming more important. This course will fit into that changing career landscape.
  • The content was useful & practical but the best part was the insights gained through the leadership sessions and the EI assessments and thinking about using principle-based negotiation to compensate for my natural negotiating style.
  • The course is a good intro/refresher for management of people and other skills that finance managers/executives need.
  • I leave with the belief that I can be a better leader, a better manager, and a better employee.
