The Value-Driven CFO

Program Description

Globalization, volatile exchange rates, trans-border acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, off-balance sheet vehicles, executive compensation, need for timely and accurate information, increased reporting regulations, insights into business drivers, corporate dashboards, becoming a business partner - if this short list does not give you a feeling of a “harried” CFO under pressure then nothing will.  The pressure to perform and demonstration of value-added has never been so intense and the CFO is in the middle of this storm and is expected to be an integral part of driving enterprise performance. The days of simply doing the variance analysis and month end closures and reconciliations are over.

Amidst this onslaught of change and pressure, CEOs and Boards have another expectation from their CFO’s – enhance shareholder value.  Create it, enhance and refine it, acquire it, link strategies that support it, and create a reporting architecture to drive it through the enterprise – the Value-Driven CFO.

This program will take you beyond the traditional financial and management reporting as well as the traditional debits and credits, and guide you on designing value-driven performance indicators and compensation incentives, and help you find become the go-to value adding CFO.
