Martin Ritchie is a Principal with Wallace Consulting Group, a boutique firm specializing in a full range of corporate compliance services such as Bill 198, Sarbanes Oxley and IFRS convergence for Public Companies located in the GTA.

After earning his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Martin went on to pursue an MBA in accounting from the University of Toronto. He received his CA designation while in Bermuda at Ernst and Young and spent one year at the London School of Economics pursuing a Masters in Law and Accounting (Corporate Governance). Prior to launching his previous firm, “Caledon Mills”, Martin was an associate forensic accountant for a leading international risk-consulting firm.

Martin has an extensive internal control background in a wide variety of industries with a focus on financial institutions. Recently, Martin was the recipient of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) Award of Distinction.
