Executive Programs - Limited Spaces Remaining for 2010 Schedule A very limited number of spaces remain in our fall executive programs. Most assuredly in any undertaking of significance, whether personal or business related, knowing how to get others to accept your point of view while seeing themselves as winners is crucial to your success, if not the prosperity of your organization. The Controllership Program – Management Competencies - October 24 – 27 The Controllership Program is the definitive program for new and experienced Controllers who wish to enhance and refresh their techniques, skills and knowledge. The Management Competencies program focuses on broader skill sets such as coaching, supervision, negotiation and presentation skills that are often overlooked in the midst of technical updates and month end requirements, but which are critical to your role as a leader in your company. Upon completion of this program and the Operational Skills component, participants will receive the Institute’s Controllership Program Certificate of Completion. Professional Development Online For those who find it difficult to travel to one of our course locations or don’t have the time to attend a day-long session, our online courses are an excellent way to stay updated on the constantly changing standards. These courses are based off of the two-day in-class sessions of the same name, and count as structured time towards your Mandatory CPD.
