Fall Executive Programs

October seems a long way away, but now is the time to consider our Fall Executive Programs.  Our Spring Programs have completely sold out and most of our Fall Programs are 25 per cent full already (with one program already sold out).

The Institute offers a variety of in-depth, intensive programs targeted towards the skills you need as one of the top executives in your organization.  These programs are designed and facilitated by professionals who have been through what you’re going through, and survived to tell the tale.  You’ll share and learn from your peers in an environment ideal for personal reflection and networking.  Join us this fall. There are answers.

Fall Series Highlights:

Becoming CEO (and Staying There): Acquiring the Leader’s Edge is designed for those who are currently in positions of senior or executive responsibility aspiring to this level of leadership as well as those already in the CEO position who are striving to become extraordinary.  This one-of-a-kind program gives you the framework and mind-set to attain the position and then do great things once you’ve gotten there. Read more.

The Master Strategist gives you 3.5 days to stop reacting, and plan your next move.  You’ll reflect on strategic processes that will work best for your organization and learn techniques for aligning your strategic intent with actually ‘getting it done’. Read more.

The CFO Leadership Program is a series of two programs designed to provide aspiring and new CFOs, as well as experienced CFOs, with the core technical and leadership skills demanded of a CFO.  The programs can be taken in any order and together will provide you with the foundation for success.

CFO Leadership-Operational Skills delivers technical and operational competencies such as governance, risk management, internal controls and treasury management. Read more.

CFO Leadership-Leadership Competencies focuses on beyond-the-theory training in executive communications, talent management, strategy and politics that will bring you back to the office with insights into how you can improve your individual and team’s performance. Read more.

The Controllership Program is the definitive two part series for new Controllers, as well as experienced Controllers, wishing to refresh their skills.   The two parts can be taken in any order, as they focus on two separate, but equally important skill sets.

Controllership-Operational Skills teaches leading-edge developments in finance, internal control and compliance. Read more.  (Note: This program is already sold out for 2011.  To be added to the waiting list or interest list for offerings in 2012, please contact Lawrence Wong.)

Controllership-Management Competencies goes beyond the technical and teaches you how to become a highly effective Controller.  You’ll spend time learning about your personal career path, coaching, presentation skills, and the role you play in your company’s culture. Read more.
